Construction Plan for External Wall Insulation Decoration Integrated Board
1、 Construction process flow
The construction of integrated insulation and decoration panels mainly includes the following steps:
Grassroots inspection and treatment: Ensure that the wall is free of hollowing and peeling, and carry out leveling treatment. The base plastering layer should be smooth and free of sand bubbles, and the quality should meet the intermediate plastering standard. Check with a 2-meter ruler to ensure that the flatness and verticality are controlled within 4mm; When measuring the straightness of the internal and external corners, the gap between exposed seams shall not exceed 5mm.
Draw reference lines and dividing lines: Draw vertical and horizontal reference lines on the construction wall according to the design drawing, and draw lines for each connecting construction surface. The baseline is the initial construction line at the starting point of the construction, used to maintain the relative position of the four walls unchanged.
Paste insulation decorative board: Use special fasteners to anchor the decorative board. When using the point frame method for construction, apply adhesive with a width of about 80mm around each board, leave a 50mm exhaust hole at the top, and evenly arrange 8 bonding points with a diameter of about 100mm on the board surface. The bonding area should reach more than 40%.
Caulking treatment: fill the gaps with thermal insulation foam strips, paste masking tape after clearing the gaps, inject silicone weather resistant sealant, install special vent plugs, and finally tear off the masking paper and clean the panel.
Construction sequence: Vertical construction is carried out from bottom to top, while horizontal construction follows the order of first external corners and then internal corners, ensuring the symmetry and uniformity of special structures (such as doors and windows) before proceeding with large-scale construction.
2、 Construction specifications and technical points
Installation requirements for the suspended basket: Elastic partitions must be installed on the inner side of the suspended basket to avoid damaging the installed decorative panels during lifting.

Control range:
Verticality: Height<30m, error ≤ 10mm; 30-60m, error ≤ 15mm; 60-90m, error ≤ 25mm
Levelness: For floor heights<3m, the error should be ≤ 3mm, and for floor heights>3m, the error should be ≤ 5mm.
Adhesive mortar configuration: Mix the special adhesive (glue: cement: sand: water=0.17:1:278:0.54) in proportion, stir for no less than 5 minutes, and the prepared mortar should be used up within 2 hours.
Anchor installation: Use an impact drill to drill holes, with a minimum of 6 anchors per square meter and an anchoring depth of at least twice the thickness of the board.
3、 Node processing and joint method
Yin and Yang Corner Treatment: Pre fabricated components are used to reduce on-site splicing gaps, and L-shaped whole boards or specialized edge wrapping components are used to avoid thermal bridges at the joints.
Seam treatment:
Choose between flat seam splicing or tongue and groove splicing method
Use silicone sealant with good weather resistance and elasticity
Fill the larger gaps with foamed polyurethane first, and then apply sealant.
Special areas: Flexible waterproof and drainage structures are installed at the joints of parapet walls, window sills, etc.
4、 Quality acceptance standards
Core performance parameters:
Thermal conductivity (λ value): 0.028-0.045 W/(m · K)
Thermal resistance value (R value): R=δ/λ (where δ is the material thickness)
Heat transfer coefficient (K value): The smaller the value, the better the insulation performance.
Testing method:
Laboratory testing: protective hot plate method, heat flux meter method, hot wire method, hot box method
On site testing: infrared thermography, tensile testing (original strength ≥ 0.10-0.15MPa), thickness testing.
Material standards:
Dimensional deviation: Length and width ± 2mm, thickness ± 1mm
Unit area mass: The deviation between the measured value and the nominal value shall not exceed ± 5%.
5、 Common problems and solutions
For the issue of hollowing that has occurred, the steps to address it include:
Determine the range of hollowing (percussion detection)
Clean up the hollow area to a solid base
Re apply bonding material (adhesive or putty)
